facing opposition…
When I see created beauty,
Hear the words of Saints now passed,
“Do not hold this sin against them,”
I must pause; I must bask
In Your wondrous beauty,
Your mercy, continued grace,
Bowed before You, ask Your pardon,
Seek Your likeness in this place,
In my space.

Reflect:
“While they were stoning Stephen, he prayed, “Lord Jesus, receive my spirit.” Then he knelt down and cried out in a loud voice, “Lord, Do not hold this sin against them.” When he had said this, he died.” (Acts 7:54-8:2)
